Seven stages of Purification?
What do we purify?
1. Eating
2. Body and senses
3. Mind & intelligence
Those who are free from false prestige, illusion and false association, who understand the eternal, who are done with material lust, who are freed from the dualities of happiness and distress, and who, un-bewildered, know how to surrender unto the Supreme Person attain to that eternal kingdom.
4. Speech

What is purification?
When one is completely cleansed of the impurities of lust and greed produced from the false identification of the body as “I” and bodily possessions as “mine,” one’s mind becomes purified. In that pure state he transcends the stage of material happiness and distress.
How do we achieve it?
